Can you dye your hair if you have alopecia areata?

Can you dye your hair if you have alopecia areata? This is what I’m going to reveal to you in this post.

The answer is absolutely yes, and although most people are going to advise you not, I highly recommend that you stop listening to such advice because they are not founded!

Most people are going to tell you that alopecia areata is caused by bacteria or funguses, but the reality is that this is completely wrong, alopecia areata is caused subdermaly by your immune system attacking your healthy hair follicles and causing them to stop producing hair strands!

This is the most important information you have to understand in this website, it’s the fact that alopecia areata is caused by your immune system, not by something you put on your scalp or something that has affected your hair follicles, alopecia areata happens in the inside!

So, you see now that whatever you do on the outside, whether you dye your hair blue or yellow, won’t even matter, it’s because alopecia areata is already happening subdermaly, very deep in your skin.

But before you close this post, do you have any information about how to treat alopecia areata?

I can help you with this subject, it’s because I had it in the past, on my beard and on my scalp as well, and I was able to get rid of it, and I highly recommend that you follow the advice you are going to find out in this post.

The first one is to read my diet posts, in them, you will understand exactly what kind of food you need to eat on a daily basis in order to lower this terrible skin condition and also get rid of it, indeed, alopecia areata is caused by high levels of inflammations in your body, so, it’s logical, the less inflammations you have, the better your hair growth is going to be.

The second thing you need to understand about alopecia areata, is that no matter what topical creams or products you use, they are not going to help you, the only help is through reducing inflammations as much as possible, however, there are some essential oils that can increase hair growth tremendously, here they are:

Peppermint oil, rosehip oil, and most importantly, Jamaican black castor oil.

I highly recommend that you read the previous posts I have written on the subject, they will help you immensely deal with this terrible skin condition.

And please, if you have a question or a comment, don’t hesitate to post it in the section below, I will be very happy to help you out.
