Essential supplements for alopecia

In this post, I’m going to share with you the best supplements for alopecia, trust me; they are very powerful and are going to give you quickly in order to start growing your hair again almost immediately.

What I’m saying here is very important for you to understand: the best way for you to treat and heal your alopecia once and for all is not through supplements, but it’s through your diet!

I have already talked about this in many of my previous posts, the fact alopecia is due to your immune system attacking your healthy skin cells, even worse, it’s attacking your hair follicles and causing them lots of inflammations.

Well, to avoid this, you need to start consuming lots of anti-inflammatory foods on a daily basis, this is nonnegotiable, and it’s going to give you fantastic results once you start applying yourself, and most importantly, this type of diet is very important for losing weight and for also increasing your overall strength and vitality.

I have already talked about this in many of my previous posts, and I really want you to read them, especially the ones about nutrition and alopecia, they will help you tremendously understand what kind of food you need to consume on a daily basis, and most importantly, what foods you need to avoid as much as possible.

But for now, let’s discover the best supplements for alopecia, trust me, there aren’t a lot:

The first one is biotin.

Biotin is one of those supplements that most people are going to ignore; however, if you are suffering from hair loss, especially alopecia, you need to understand that this essential nutrient is going to increase hair growth in a matter of just three days.

Here is what I want you to do:

Every day, I want you to take a minimum of 5000 micrograms of biotin, this is very important and it’s also going to increase hair grow tremendously.

The second one is ground turmeric.

You are suffering from alopecia because your immune system is causing lots of inflammations in your body, especially near your hair follicles, so, a great measure to reduce such inflammations is to start consuming ground turmeric on a daily basis, of course, there are lots of supplements that provide your body with curcumin, the essential compounds found in turmeric, but I really want you to use ground turmeric, in fact, avoid extracts as much as possible, and only focus on the real spice, there are lots of supplements which provide real turmeric in pills which are easily digested by your system.

These are the ones I want you to use on a daily basis, a minimum of half a teaspoon a day.

And the third one is fibers.

Of course, fiber is fantastic when it comes to flushing out toxins from your body, and it’s also very important to nourish your gut flora and give it the nutrients it needs, however, I do not recommend taking supplements when it comes to fiber, what I really advise you to do is to start consuming whole wheat bread and whole grain products on a daily basis, however, if you can’t, then, you can use natural fibers on a daily basis from supplements, they will also help you a lot.
