How to treat alopecia in teenagers

In this post, I’m going to show you how to treat alopecia in teenagers, I know that this subject may be very sensitive, especially that you are dealing with teenagers who tend to be very outgoing and need social validation a lot, so, hair loss is a no-no and it’s very difficult on a teenager, this is the reason why I’m going to do my best to provide you with the best treatments for alopecia that are going to work.

Before we start, I need to give you one very important advice: alopecia is highly related to what you eat, if you are indulging yourself in lots of processed foods, processed carbohydrates, and even worse, lots of animal products on a daily basis, then, your alopecia will never go away, and even if you start using the techniques I’m going to suggest later in this post, and you start seeing some hair growth, soon, alopecia is going to show in other areas of your body!

I’ve had the same experience myself, I had alopecia on my beard, and after using many steroid injections and essential oil blends on my beard, it soon jumped to my scalp!

So, my advice is to take good care of your diet, start consuming foods that do not cause high levels of inflammations, they are the best when it comes to fighting off alopecia, even in teenagers.

I have already talked about this in many of my previous posts, and I invite you to read them, especially the ones about nutrition and alopecia, they will help you determine what kind of food you need to avoid as much as possible, and even better, the foods you need to start consuming on a daily basis, they are very important in order to decrease this terrible condition and most importantly, start seeing hair growth again.

Now, let me show you a fantastic treatment you need to use on a daily basis in order to get rid of alopecia:

I want you to take three tablespoons of olive oil, put them in a dark glass sprayer, add to them one teaspoon of peppermint oil, half a teaspoon of tea tree oil, and two teaspoons of Jamaican black castor oil.

Mix everything very well and every day, I want you to apply it to your scalp or beard, no more than half a teaspoon, make sure you massage very gently.

This is by far the best treatment for alopecia in teenagers, it works, and it’s very powerful for hair regrowth.

Please, if you have a question or a comment when it comes to alopecia in teenagers, I would like to invite you to post it in the section below; I will do my best to answer it very quickly.
