How to use an onion for alopecia areata

In this post, I’m going to show you how to use onions four alopecia areata, trust me, it’s very beneficial and will give you really impressive results.

I have already talked about the power of allium vegetables in many of my posts, especially when dealing with psoriasis, and to tell you the truth, these vegetables are amazing, and by allium, I mean vegetables that are of the garlic and onion family, they are not only powerful for treating colds and flus, but they are also very beneficial for treating different skin conditions, and this is what I’m going to show you in this post, how you can use onions for alopecia areata very efficiently.

The first thing you need to understand is that focusing on one single food to treat your alopecia areata is a losing fight!

I say this because a lot of people are going to have high hopes on treating this terrible skin condition with only one ingredient, for example, tea tree oil or garlic!

Well, you need to understand that to treat alopecia areata, you will need a change of diet.

Most people who have terrible alopecia areata are in fact suffering from different nutrient deficiencies, in other words, their bodies aren’t getting enough nutrients and minerals from food, and the immune system is going to act very strangely which is going to cause inflammations all over their bodies and it’s also going to increase hair loss tremendously.

My advice is very simple, instead of just focusing on one food or one nutrient, why don’t you add more greens, beans, lots of lentils, and most importantly fruits, vegetables, and whole grain products to your diet?

It’s by far the best diet for treating alopecia areata.

Now, let’s talk about using onion for alopecia areata, how to do it, and why should you do it in the first place.

So, let’s start with the why: it’s because onions are going to lower inflammations in your body.

So, I don’t want you to apply onions directly onto your alopecia areata, this is just a waste of time and the waste of valuable nutrients, it’s because most alopecia areata is happening subdermal, in other words, your immune system is attacking your hair follicles, and trust me, even if you start injecting onion juice in your skin, it’s not going to help you, the only thing that’s going to help you is eating onions.

So, if you are into eating an onion as it is, I want you to simply consume one medium raw onion a day, this is very challenging, I know, this is the reason why I highly recommend that you stick to my dietary guidelines, trust me, they are the best when it comes to alopecia areata, and anyone telling you to use onion alone is ignorant of what he or she is talking about.

You can also use this fantastic onion juice recipe, it’s very powerful for hair growth, but I repeat what I’m saying: using onion directly onto your skin isn’t going to help your alopecia areata, however, it’s going to help increase hair growth a little.

Take a powerful blender and add to it two tablespoons of a diced onion, one teaspoon of peppermint oil, one teaspoon of Jamaican black castor oil, and one tablespoon of olive oil.

Blend everything on high for thirty seconds and then apply onto your alopecia areata, this is going to increase hair growth tremendously.
