It’s because Jamaican black castor oil is not very powerful when it comes to alopecia, indeed, most people are dead wrong when it comes to this amazing oil, they think that it’s going to increase hair growth all by itself!

You need to understand that our body runs on carbohydrates, we burn carbohydrates, and our immune system is a very fragile system, if you don’t feed your body the right nutrients it needs, then, you are going to create imbalances all over it, and one of these imbalances is alopecia!

Indeed, our immune system, when we are have alopecia, is attacking our healthy skin cells, in fact, it’s even attacking our hair follicles which are responsible for producing thicker and healthier hair strands.

What you need to do is to take good care of your diet; it’s the only thing you need to get from this post if you ask me.

So, here is how you can use Jamaican black castor oil for alopecia efficiently in order to increase hair growth:

Take one teaspoon peppermint oil, and mix it with two teaspoons of Jamaican black castor oil, add to them two tablespoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of tea tree oil.
