So, in this post, I’m going to tell you a little about rosemary oil and why it’s amazing for alopecia, but most importantly, I’m going to advise you about this terrible skin condition, and give you my two cents when it comes to it.

No, rosemary oil is fantastic, it’s going to increase hair growth tremendously, but to say that rosemary oil is going to get rid of alopecia is just a lie!
I don’t want to lie to you; I’m only going to give you what has worked for me.
Yes, rosemary oil is powerful for hair growth, but it’s not going to cure your alopecia!
The only thing that’s going to cure your alopecia once and for all is caring about your diet, most importantly, lowering inflammations in your body through consuming anti-inflammatory foods on a daily basis.
This is what I have talked about in many of my previous posts, and I highly recommend that you check them out, they will help you tremendously decide what kind of foods you need to eat and what kind of foods you need to avoid as much as possible in order to get rid of alopecia once and for all.
But for now, let me show you how to use rosemary oil for alopecia, trust me, it’s not very difficult and it’s going to give you very fast results.
What you need to understand is that these are only temporary, as long as you are still eating highly inflammatory foods on a daily basis; your alopecia is undoubtedly going to spread to other parts of your body, especially to your scalp!
So, be very careful!
Take one teaspoon of rosemary oil and mix it with one teaspoon of peppermint oil, one teaspoon of jojoba oil, and one teaspoon of castor oil, then, mix everything with at least two tablespoons of olive oil.
Olive oil is very important because it’s going to act as a carrier oil, your skin already tolerates olive oil very well, and rosemary oil is very famous for being very irritating for our skin and scalp, so, always mix it with olive oil.
Every day, I want you to apply a minimum of one teaspoon to your scalp or even better, one teaspoon to your alopecia spots, this is very important and it’s going to give you very quick results.
