How to use yoga for alopecia

In this post, I’m going to show you how to use yoga for alopecia, trust me, it has really impressive results, and it’s just amazing for this terrible skin condition.

I know that the idea of using yoga for alopecia may sound very strange to you, but the reality is that it can work, and it can give you fantastic results, however, on one condition, you need to start changing your diet.

I have already talked about this in many of my previous posts, the fact that our diet is highly linked to alopecia, meaning that we tend to consume lots of pro-inflammatory foods on a daily basis that are causing our immune system to attack our hair follicles and make them stop growing healthier hair strands!

Well, I want you to start consuming lots of anti-inflammatory foods on a daily basis, they are going to lower inflammations not only that, they are amazing for hair growth, they are going to provide your body with essential nutrients it needs in order to function properly and to allocate enough energy and resources to healthy growth.

So, without further ado, here is how you can use yoga for alopecia:

Well, the key is in lowering stress.

We have known for ages that yoga is amazing for lowering stress, and more and more studies are linking stress as a determining factor for different health issues including alopecia in people, so, the more you practice yoga, the more distressed you will be, however, be aware of one very important thing here: if you practice too much yoga, say every day, you are not only going to put your body under lots of stress, but you will exhaust your immune system and this can be extremely terrible for your overall well-being and health.

My advice is very simple, I want you to use yoga once in a while, maybe two or three times per week at maximum, but never every day, it can be very stressful for your body and also it tends to exhaust your system tremendously, one more very important thing, since we are talking about holistic health here, I want you to start drinking this fantastic herbal tea on a daily basis, it’s very powerful as well:

Take one cup of hot water to which you are going to add one green teabag, half a teaspoon of ground ginger and half a teaspoon of ground turmeric.

Mix everything very well and wait ten minutes for it to brew, then, you can enjoy it.

Believe me when I tell you that this is one of the best herbal teas you can consume, it’s going to lower inflammations in your body and it’s also very powerful for increasing hair growth.
