In this post, I’m going to share with you the right management of alopecia, in other words, how to get rid of this terrible skin condition while also feeling great about yourself, and most importantly, how to shorten the healing process and start seeing amazing results within just three weeks.
Well, the most important thing we need to talk about today is that alopecia is a very nasty condition, it’s going to take a very long time to clear, and even worse, if you don’t apply yourself completely and fully, you are going to find lots of trouble in the future, in the near future so to speak!
I say this because a lot of people simply think that alopecia has to do with bacteria or viruses, when in fact, alopecia has to do with your immune system, it’s attacking your healthy hair follicles and causing them to stop producing hair strands, which is just terrible!
My advice is very simple, your immune system is using inflammations to fight off and even damage your hair follicles, so, you have to lower these as much as possible, the right way to do so is through dieting.
I have already talked about the right diet for alopecia in many of my previous posts, but I find no harm in repeating myself again:
You have to stop consuming animal products, this is a must, I told you before that alopecia can be very difficult to manage and it will take a lot of dedication from you, well, you need to try this, you need to give it all your efforts, trust me, it’s going to change your life forever:
You have to stop consuming meat, dairy, fish, eggs, poultry, pork, processed carbohydrates, soft drinks, vegetable oils, even olive oil, and most importantly, you have to stay away from fats as much as possible.
Well, this is by far the right way to manage alopecia, and please, forget about using supplements or vitamins, they don’t work, the best are biotin, vitamin B12, and fibers, these are all the nutrients you need, and trust me, when you start consuming the right diet I’m going to suggest in this post, alopecia is going to dwindle and lower tremendously and almost immediately:
Every day, I want you to consume lots of whole grain products, lots of whole wheat bread, lots of fruits, vegetables, and most importantly, lots of beans and lentils, they are the best when it comes to managing alopecia and getting rid of it in a matter of just three weeks, this is what has happened to me and I’m sure it will happen to you as well, you need to only take good care of what you eat, it’s the right way to manage alopecia in my opinion.
The next step is applying essential fatty acids on your alopecia damaged skin, trust me, it’s going to give it vitality and strength in order to get rid of this terrible skin condition very quickly:
Take one teaspoon of peppermint oil, add to it one teaspoon of the Jamaican black castor oil and one tablespoon of olive oil, mix everything very well and then simply apply a minimum of one teaspoon to your alopecia damaged skin, trust me, this will increase hair growth tremendously.
